The gym was superb, and the pool was spacious. I loved relaxing on the patio after a long day.

This was just a fitting option for a quick trip in Schaumburg with outstanding value for money. The breakfast was disappointing, with instant mashed potatoes and rubbery sausage that didn't please anyone. Bring your own breakfast if you're picky.

I liked that the staff was patient with my daughter as she wanted to ‘explore’ and their willingness to help made a big difference. The pool area was fantastic, well-maintained and really felt like a mini vacation for us.

The bed in my King Suite felt rock-hard, with flat pillows that led to a restless night, leaving me sore enough to cut my stay short. The breakfast left much to be desired. who puts out instant potatoes and rubbery sausage? It felt like a missed opportunity, especially with expectations set by other reviews. Iron and ironing board tucked away in the back of the closet made it a hassle to access and resulted in a scorched dress—definitely a letdown for a business traveler.

The breakfast was decent and exactly what you'd expect from a complimentary one there were eggs and cereal and basic stuff but let me tell you the gym was superb like one of the best hotel gyms i ever used and everything smelled so clean when you walked in

Parking was a pain for me. With a handicap, I had to trek from a distant lot. A quick shout to the front desk didn’t quite fix things, but it’s all good—just adding some spice to my adventure!

The parking situation is intolerable with insufficient availability!!! Also, the elevator service is far too slow, creating a frustrating situation during busy times.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Chicago Schaumburg has a beautifully modern decor and is wonderfully accessible for seniors, making it easy for us to navigate throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

More comfortable seating would enhance the lobby experience.
